Dear Mr. Di Martino:
With this letter I want to express my point of view about your work as the major of the city of Maracaibo
In first place, I must say that you have maintained excellent health and education programs.
However, I want to emphasize that as a result of the Celebration of the American Cup there was a total mistake because all the efforts were designated to a political war with the governor of the Zulia state.
Finally, I have to say that I´m very disappointed because I think that you have lost your perspective as major of this city.
